Thursday, May 29
7:30 a.m. - Group crossing from West Palm Beach (Lake Worth Inlet) to Port Lucaya Marina. Please meet on the east side of Peanut Island and monitor channel 72. **Please refer to the disclaimer at the bottom of the updated registration form for the cancellation policy.
All Day - Customs and Immigration; Hotel Check-In
6:00 p.m. - Captains' Meeting & Welcome Dinner at The Harbour Room in Port Lucaya Marketplace. Wear your tropical attire and mix and mingle, wine and dine. We will go over the rules for Friday's fishing tournament.
Friday, May 30
7:00 am – Lines In! 3nd Annual Rendezvous Fishing Tournament kicks off from the Port Lucaya Marina. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
3:00 pm – Lines Out! Fish must be weighed in by 4:00pm.
6:30 p.m. - Awards Dinner & Party at Isle of Capri Casino at Our Lucaya. Enjoy a Bahamian dinner, music and cocktails. Tournament prizes will be awarded. *For those of you that have personalized boat t-shirts, throw 'em on and show 'em off!
Saturday, May 31
9:30 a.m: Owners' Roundtable – We encourage all owners to meet with Venture staff to discuss new product line, future events and any questions or feedback you would like to share. Location TBD
11:00 a.m. - Depart for a day of snorkeling, lunch and relaxing. We'll tie up on one of Grand Bahama’s beautiful beaches. (We will take a vote on which beach Friday night).
Rest of the Night: - Enjoy the Isle of Capri Casino, 88 duty-free shops, great restaurants & bars. Have fun!
Sunday, June 1

Sheraton & Westin www.ourlucaya.com - These luxurious resorts are side-by-side, on the beach and just across the street from our marina. Together they are known as "Our Lucaya." These are beautiful resort-type facilities and the Sheraton is the more family-friendly, including a Kid's Club. They are comparably priced and equal in room style. The Sheraton is directly across the street from the marina, while the Westin is about a 5 minute walk. Venture Group rates are $139 at The Sheraton and $189 at The Westin.
